Touchup on the outgrowth of the root color less than 2 inches, Or gray coverage. Not intended for new clients.
Demi, semi, or creative color gloss. Typically applied to wet pre-washed hair. Used to revamp, refresh, even out color or remove unwanted tones in the hair. Not a lightening service. Fee added when using more than one color or roots smudge.
Permanent or Demi Color is applied on dry hair from roots to ends. Changing, darkening or evening color to match roots and ends. Not a lightening service.
For existing clients who are not wanting to go lighter, but just bring up the color you already have to get rid of dark roots. Leaving out the back and lower portion of the hair to create dimension. (Ideal only if its been less than 4-5 months since last lighting appointment)
